I'm not one who is normally into the LoveXtreme books but this one makes me think I should give them another try. Lynlee is married to Blain who she loves, but she also loves Rhett and Carlisle. They carried on a threesome for 6 months while her husband was away.
He gave his blessing, but he expected her just be able to give them up when he came back home. We also find out more brothers love her. When she is attacked by a serial killer they all band together to protect the woman they love. After she is safe the McCain father tells her all or none of them.
Personally I already thought the "Trips" had feelings for her without that ultimatum being issued. It was a great story.
I read the book in one sitting and at the edge of my seat the whole time. The characters are well formed. I loved the banter between the brothers, it made it feel real. The sex scenes were blistering hot. I can't wait for the next books to see how well the "Trips" jive into the whole equation. Plus I don't think she is completly out of danger just yet. This is a must have for anyone who likes Natalie Acres. This was a good book. Lots of action in and out of the bedroom. The characters fit one another. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. This is actually my first review I am an avid erotica reader, especially menage, and this book left such a bad taste in my mouth.
How can one woman be in love with all the brothers in one family? I just couldn't finish the book. What a waste of my money. One person found this helpful. See all 3 reviews. And what a story! The plot is incredible and the romance is incredible. It has been a long time since I read a book that intense. I got to know them very very well and that made it extra special. Most of the time, the male emotions are not very well described and there is always something lacking. The story starts with a MF with a menage sex scene The sex was there but not on each chapter. It was just right, just appropriate in the story, well written.
It is always difficult to write a menage with so many guys and no turn the story into a gang bang. I may understand why the publisher decided to release the story in multiple parts but in this case, I think it is an error. Book 1 is in my opinion the introduction, book 2 and book 3 way better. I recommend to read them in a row. And in general I do not favor sequential stories at all. It is very frustrating to like a story and wait for weeks before continuing the story that most of the time we forgot half of it.
It takes efforts to remember who is who etc.
It would be not so bad if publishers decided to release them with no more than a week in between but that is hardly the case and sometimes we must wait months in between. Just ridiculous because they loose a lot of fans like this I just could not put down the books. And not only because of the romance. The plot was very very good too. Yes, it is another serial killer but plural. I turned the pages and thought: Book 3 ends with some questions so I wonder if Natalie Acres will give us another Briddle 4.
It seems that some family secrets are still lingering Sometimes I fall for one of the male characters
