I liked it, reinforced the that fact that I am doing what I am suppose to. Nice ideas, some very well explained drills, not real advanced, more basic and universal skills and drills.
Good for the intermediate and the beginner coach. Format and all is similar in both. Not sure you need both. Will use for next season.

Very Informative, Takes me back. I use many of the drills and exercises in this book still today. Comprehensive information regarding strength building and improving techniques from athletes and coaches. I felt the book was a little too confusing the way it was written and the illustrations not that easy to follow. Not too happy with this purchase. This will be a valuable addition to any coaches library. My son-in-law will love it!
